For this self sufficient type of guest we have a self catering apartment in a fantastic location
overlooking the magnificent River Shannon. Our self catering apartment has all the facilities
you would need.
Our Luxury waterfront apartment overlooks the Shannon, Lough Ree & The New Marina with
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including the Master bedroom with its own en-suite, underfloor heating
in the living area. Facilities include a large outdoor wraparound deck - perfect for barbeques on
long summer evenings. A fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer,
gas heating, gas fire, fully alarmed for peace of mind, leather couches & oak timber flooring.

Just a 3 minute walk to local pubs & excellent fishing spots.
18 hole golf & hill walking are within 15 km of the apartment.
